Professional Lot Clearing Services

Whether you’re breaking ground on a new build or reclaiming an overgrown property, Matt and the team bring the right equipment and expertise to lot clearing projects.

A Clean Slate Starts With the Right Team

Lot clearing is more than just cutting down trees. It’s about safely managing the entire process, from felling large trees in tight spaces to grinding stumps and hauling debris, so your property is genuinely ready for whatever comes next.

At The Friendly Arborist, we treat every lot clearing project as a fresh start. Whether you’re preparing land for construction, opening up a view, or reclaiming a yard that has been left to grow wild, we bring the experience and equipment to get it done safely, cleanly, and with minimal impact to the surrounding landscape.

How We Help

Lot Clearing for Every Situation

Every property is different. We assess each job individually and bring the right combination of tools and techniques to get the result you need.

New Construction Clearing

We work alongside builders and homeowners to clear land for new builds, driveways, and outbuildings, removing trees and brush so you can get to work.

Overgrown Property Reclaiming

Years of unchecked growth can make a property feel unusable. We cut back and clear overgrown trees, brush, and deadfall to give you back your land.

Garden and Landscape Preparation

Clearing space for a new garden, lawn, or landscaping project requires a careful touch. We remove what needs to go while protecting what you want to keep.

How We Work

The Right Equipment for Every Job

Lot clearing isn’t a one-size-fits-all job, and we don’t treat it that way. Depending on the size and complexity of your property, we use a combination of hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, climbers, and bucket trucks to work safely and efficiently.

For larger or more complex jobs we’ll bring in whatever equipment the job calls for. We’d rather take the time to do it right than cut corners with the wrong tools. Every job ends with a thorough cleanup, so your property isn’t just cleared, it’s ready for whatever comes next.

Every job is different but generally lot clearing includes felling and removing trees, chipping or hauling brush and debris, and stump grinding. We’ll walk the property with you before we start so you know exactly what is included in your quote.

We chip brush on site and haul everything away, leaving your property clean. If you would like to keep any logs for firewood or chips for mulch, just let us know and we’ll set them aside.
